Casa Kava is a spectacular new villa, a unique space where you can connect with nature and enjoy this heavenly place. The villa has a private pool, has 3 terraces, is fully equipped and has 2 internet Wi-Fi (Starlink + Telcel, quality depends on provider and climate). The distance between the villa and the beach is 50 steps.
At Casa Kava, you will get exceptional service and personalized attention.
This is a brand new fully equipped villa, very well thought to be enjoyable, quiet, upscale but still making you feel comfortable in every space. First floor there are 2 rooms each with 2 queen size beds and its own bathroom + a beautiful deck with barbeque and your own pool. On the second floor there is half bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, social, bar + another deck with dining + sea view. On the third floor there is a third room with ensuite bathroom and terrace for those warm, nice and full of stars nights you are about to enjoy.
Close to Casa kava (walking distance) there is a small convenience store with the very basics , there is a mini-super, which offers more options, including fruit and other daily use items, it is a 5 min drive from the villa in El Tomatal village... steps from Casa Kava, there is Luna Nueva Restaurant, it is open daily from 8 am to 7 pm, they cook amazing!!!
