Our Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Oaxaca Luxe and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither Oaxaca Luxe, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of New York.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in New York.
Changes
Oaxaca Luxe reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

- A “Supplier” is someone who offers services (“Supplier Services”) via published listings on the OL website (“Listings”).
- A “Guest” is someone who books, or seeks to book, Supplier Services.
- “Villa” means the kind of property where Guests will be staying, or other types of accommodations.
- “Payment Services” means any payment processing services provided through or in connection with a Member’s use of the OL website.

Includes account info, profile data, government ID, financial details for booking or receiving payments, messages sent to OL, and any info shared when interacting with our team.

1.3. Information from Third Parties
Includes data from social logins, background checks, fraud prevention services, marketing partners, and external integrations, such as restaurant bookings and ad networks.
