As the sun sets on La Barra beach, you’ll be welcomed into a sacred cacao ceremony rooted in ancient Aztec and Maya traditions. The experience begins with the preparation and sharing of the sacred cacao drink, where you’ll learn about its spiritual and medicinal significance. The ceremony starts with a guided meditation to center your mind and set personal intentions. As you drink the cacao, you’ll engage in spiritual practices designed to open your heart and deepen your inner connection. During the meditative journey, the cacao helps you experience profound peace and love, guided by the soothing sounds of the ocean. This introspective time allows you to reconnect with your inner self and restore your ability to connect with others. The ceremony concludes with a closing ritual and gratitude practice, bringing you back from your inner journey with renewed clarity. As the evening ends, you’ll leave the beach feeling deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
