Your adventure begins with a scenic one-hour drive from Bahías de Huatulco to Ventanilla, a protected natural reserve. There, you’ll board a guided rowboat alongside a local and your bilingual guide to explore lush mangroves teeming with wildlife like crocodiles, iguanas, and native birds such as woodpeckers and herons. Next, head to Mazunte, a “Pueblo Mágico” known for sustainability and artisan culture. You’ll tour a natural cosmetics cooperative, where you’ll learn how locals craft handmade soaps, sunscreens, and more from plant-based ingredients. Continue to the iconic Zipolite Beach, where you’ll have around 20 minutes to explore and relax. Finally, visit Puerto Ángel for a beachfront seafood meal, followed by a short stop at the fishing port before returning to Huatulco. Expect a full-day cultural and ecological immersion along Oaxaca’s stunning coastline.

For private transportation services, the grace period is 15 minutes. If the guest does not arrive at the confirmed pickup location within the allowed waiting period, the vehicle will depart and the service will be marked as completed as a no-show. Once a reservation is marked as a no-show, transportation can only be provided again by scheduling a new service at a different time and/or location, subject to availability. For airport arrivals, flights are actively monitored at all times, including delays and early arrivals. Drivers remain at the airport until the arrivals and baggage claim area officially closes. Depending on the airline and baggage handling process, this waiting period may range from approximately 15 to 40 minutes after landing.
