If the guest does not arrive at the confirmed pickup location within the allowed waiting period, the vehicle will depart and the service will be marked as completed as a no-show. Once a reservation is marked as a no-show, transportation can only be provided again by scheduling a new service at a different time and/or location, subject to availability. For airport arrivals, flights are actively monitored at all times, including delays and early arrivals. Drivers remain at the airport until the arrivals and baggage claim area officially closes. Depending on the airline and baggage handling process, this waiting period may range from approximately 15 to 40 minutes after landing.
