The main house sleeps up to 8 guests and is accompanied by 6 private villas, each sleeping between 5–8 people. Every villa includes 2 full bathrooms and a convenient kitchenette—perfect for enjoying a light breakfast before heading out for the day. Step outside and explore the beautifully landscaped grounds, or lounge by the one-of-a-kind, oversized pool that’s perfect for relaxing, swimming, or gathering with your group. - group If your group exceeds 8 people, there is an additional fee of $80 USD per person, per night — or $100 USD during peak periods (Dec 15th – Jan 15th and Semana Santa).

Deposits & Fees
- payments Security deposit: 1500 USD may apply
- payments All reservations will come with a basic cleaning Fee of $300 USD for up to 20 guests.
- payments For 21 or more guests, the cleaning will be adjusted to $600 USD after your initial payment.
Services & Staff
- room_service Chef services may be arranged through Oaxaca Luxe, either pre-arrival or on-site, and must be provided by the villa’s staff. A 20% delivery fee will be applied to the final grocery bill.
- room_service Additionally, a Food Deposit between USD $1,000 and $2,000 will be required, depending on the size of the group
- room_service The number of staff members present will depend on the size of the group.
- room_service Service beyond the included 12-hour daily staffing window may be available upon request and is subject to staff availability and additional overtime fees.
- room_service All grocery receipts + the 20% delivery fee are deducted from your Food Deposit. If expenses exceed the deposit, the remaining balance will be due before checkout. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
