Located in a residential area, the house is just steps from the beach, La Punta, Zicatela, the market, and restaurants—all within easy walking distance! All four bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Luuna memory foam mattresses. The house boasts high-end ceiling fans and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a six-burner Italian stove, convection oven, Teka microwave, range hood, and a large, four-door stainless steel refrigerator. Enjoy ultra-fast Starlink satellite internet, perfect for working from home.
The house was designed by an architect from Oaxaca and furnished with sustainable, handcrafted pieces made by artisans from the Sierra Norte region and Puerto Escondido. A local designer curated the interior with Mexican artisanal decor, giving it an authentic Oaxacan feel.
