Casa Hola Ola is a paradise of modern luxury and fabulous food with high-speed Starlink internet in a setting of spectacular natural beauty. We are a full-service six-bedroom villa on a pristine beach near Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca.
Casa Hola Ola is one of twelve villas in the prestigious gated community of Los Naranjos. The villa was designed by a renowned European architect and is tastefully decorated with furnishings, appliances, and finishes imported from Europe. We have considerate and attentive staff who keep the house spotless and a professional cook who prepares delicious and healthy meals in the Oaxacan style. Our private gated community has newly constructed tennis, pickle ball, and paddle ball courts.
Two bedrooms with king beds and louvred folding doors open onto the ocean. Four garden suite bedrooms each have two single beds that can be joined into a king and a convertible sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. A large open-concept great room and chef’s kitchen face the ocean. There are modern hi-end appliances, Norwegian granite countertops, an adjoining staff kitchen, and two dining areas - all covered by a palapa roof. The great room opens to a large marble tiled deck with a 22.5-meter lap pool designed for flip-turns, a swim-up bar, a wading area ideal for small children, and extra-wide lounge beds in sun and shade. The two-story observation deck has hammocks for relaxing and is a breezy space with a wooden floor perfect for meditating, yoga and sunsets.
Services are provided by our full-time staff who shop in advance of your arrival for groceries, the freshest produce, and fish from the local market. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared by our professional cook and served to your table (the cost of food and beverages are not included). We do not charge an extra hidden fee for dinner served at night as is the practice at some of the rentals in the area. The beach at Casa Hola Ola is world-class. Soft sand with no rocks, pebbles, or reefs, you can walk for hours in either direction.
The beach is level and therefore perfect for jogging and long walks. There are no vendors, hotels, or condos; only crashing waves and birds. Whales and dolphins regularly swim by.

- check Do not disturb the neighbors. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. Loud music is not to be played after 11:00 pm.
- check Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
- check The rental includes all food preparation and service to table. However the cost of food and beverages is paid by the renter. Several weeks before the rental, the host will provide the renter with the approximate cost for food and beverages which the renter will pay by electronic transfer.
- check Food and beverages will be purchased before the renter arrives. Upon arrival, the renter will be provided with receipts for all of the purchases and a reconciliation.
- check Food and drinks are not served after 10:00 pm (staff need their sleep).
